PRIVACY POLICY AND PERSONAL DATA PROCESSINGPOLICY
This Personal Data Processing Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) is drawn up in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006 “On Personal Data” and defines the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure the security of personal data implemented by LLC “STONE-LOGISTICS” (hereinafter – the “Operator”).
1.1. The Operator considers the observance of human and civil rights and freedoms in the processing of personal data, including the protection of the right to privacy, personal and family confidentiality, to be its most important goal and prerequisite for carrying out its activities.
1.2. This Policy applies to all information that the Operator may obtain about visitors to the website https://stonelgs.ru/.
2.1. Automated processing of personal data – processing of personal data using computer technology.
2.2. Blocking of personal data – temporary suspension of the processing of personal data (unless the processing is necessary to clarify the personal data).
2.3. Website – a set of graphic and information materials, as well as computer programs and databases, ensuring their availability on the Internet at https://stonelgs.ru/.
2.4. Information system of personal data – a set of personal data contained in databases and IT solutions that process such data using relevant technologies and tools.
2.5. Depersonalization of personal data – actions that make it impossible to identify the personal data of a specific User or another subject without the use of additional information.
2.6. Processing of personal data – any action (operation) or set of actions performed with or without the use of automation tools on personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating (modification), retrieval, use, transfer (dissemination, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction.
2.7. Operator – a government authority, municipal authority, legal entity, or individual that, independently or jointly with others, organizes and/or performs the processing of personal data, and also determines the purposes of personal data processing, the composition of the personal data to be processed, and the actions (operations) performed with personal data.
2.8. Personal data – any information directly or indirectly related to an identified or identifiable User of the website https://stonelgs.ru/.
2.9. User – any visitor of the website https://stonelgs.ru/.
2.10. Provision of personal data – actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a specific person or group of persons.
2.11. Dissemination of personal data – any actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an indefinite group of persons or granting access to personal data to an unlimited number of persons, including publication in the media, posting in information and telecommunications networks, or providing access in any other way.
2.12. Cross-border transfer of personal data – transfer of personal data to the territory of a foreign state, to a foreign governmental body, foreign individual, or foreign legal entity.
2.13. Destruction of personal data – actions that result in the irreversible destruction of personal data, rendering it impossible to restore the contents of personal data in the information system and/or destroy tangible media containing personal data

3.5. The above data are collectively referred to as Personal Data in this Policy.
4.1. The purpose of processing User personal data is to inform the User via email and telephone calls.

The User can opt out of receiving such notifications by sending an email to box@stonelgs.ru with the subject “Unsubscribe from product and service updates and special offers.”

5.1. Оператор обрабатывает персональные данные Пользователя только в случае их заполнения и/или отправки Пользователем самостоятельно через специальные формы, расположенные на сайте https://stonelgs.ru/. Заполняя соответствующие формы и/или отправляя свои персональные данные Оператору, Пользователь выражает свое согласие с данной Политикой.
5.2. Оператор обрабатывает обезличенные данные о Пользователе в случае, если это разрешено в настройках браузера Пользователя (включено сохранение файлов «cookie» и использование технологии JavaScript).
The security of personal data processed by the Operator is ensured by implementing legal, organizational, and technical measures necessary for compliance with applicable legislation in the field of personal data protection.
6.1. The Operator ensures the confidentiality of personal data and takes all necessary measures to prevent unauthorized access.
6.2. The User’s personal data will never be transferred to third parties without their consent, except as required by applicable law.
6.3. If inaccuracies in the personal data are identified, the User can independently update them by sending a notice to the Operator’s email address box@stonelgs.ru with the subject “Update of personal data.”
6.4. Personal data is processed for an indefinite period. The User may withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data at any time by sending an email to box@stonelgs.ru with the subject “Withdrawal of consent to personal data processing.”
CROSS-BORDER TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA7.1. Before initiating a cross-border transfer of personal data, the Operator must ensure that the foreign country in question provides adequate protection for the rights of personal data subjects.
7.2. Cross-border transfers to countries not meeting these criteria may only be carried out with the User’s written consent and/or if required for the performance of a contract to which the User is a party.
FINAL PROVISIONS8.1. The User may request clarification on any matters related to the processing of their personal data by contacting the Operator via email at box@stonelgs.ru.
8.2. Any changes to this Policy will be reflected in this document. The Policy remains effective until replaced by a new version.
